This Privacy Policy describes how PetPortrait AI ("the App", "we"), operated by Neuroforgelabs LLC, handles your information. We built the App to collect as little data as possible.
When you create a portrait, the photo you select is transmitted securely to our server and passed to an AI image-generation service (Google Gemini API) solely to produce your portrait. Photos are processed transiently: we do not build a database of your photos, do not use them to train models, and do not link them to your identity. Generated portraits are delivered back to your device; saving them to your photo library is entirely under your control.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We receive anonymized purchase records (e.g., an anonymous app user ID, product purchased, purchase date) and never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID credentials.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., which art styles are popular, crash reports) to improve the App. This data does not identify you.
We do not require accounts. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location. We do not sell data to anyone.
The App relies on: Apple (payments), Google Gemini API (image generation), Supabase (server infrastructure), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Each processes only the minimum data needed to provide its function, under their respective privacy policies.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on your region (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we do not store photos or identifiable personal data, there is typically nothing to delete; for any request or question, contact us and we will respond promptly.
We may update this policy; the current version will always be available at this page with an updated effective date.
